Deepsite Intelligence is a free, no-login web tool that analyzes publicly accessible websites and returns information including design tokens, tech stack signals, security headers, SEO data, and performance scores. Results are provided for informational purposes only.

Deepsite is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable Use

By using Deepsite, you agree to:

• Only scan websites you own or have explicit permission to analyze.
• Use results for lawful purposes only — research, auditing, competitive analysis, and development.
• Not attempt to overload, abuse, or circumvent any rate limits on the service.
• Not use Deepsite to scan private, authenticated, or confidential systems.
• Not use Deepsite to collect data for spam, phishing, or any malicious purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

The Deepsite application, interface, branding, and underlying code are the property of Deepsite. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of Deepsite without written permission.

Scan results returned to you (design tokens, color palettes, font data, etc.) are derived from publicly available information on the scanned website. We make no copyright claim over those results — you're free to use them in your work.

4. No Warranty

Deepsite is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Scan results will be accurate, complete, or up to date.
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Results are suitable for any particular purpose.

Always verify critical findings independently before acting on them, especially for security or SEO decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of Deepsite shall not exceed $0, as the service is provided free of charge.

6. Third-Party Services

Deepsite relies on third-party APIs including Google PageSpeed Insights, Vercel, and Anthropic. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these services. Their respective terms of service apply to their portions of the data pipeline.

7. Privacy

Your use of Deepsite is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deepsite and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Deepsite, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Deepsite after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Louisiana.
